Journal




I have been trying to hold myself accountable of getting things done. I have decided that I am going to start a journal. In that journal I am going to start off with three goals each day that I want to accomplish.

1) Walk everyday. Whether it be by myself or with some one.


2) Eat sensibly. I know it is going to be hard
but I really am going to try.

3) Write in my journal. That way I can hold myself accountable.



The journal isnt only going to be a journal. I love scrapbooking but I never have a chance to just do it, so I am going to treat my journal kind of like a scrapbook. I of course am going to write in it but I am going to try and add little things that make it more personal like a scrapbook.


Because today is May 29th I am going to start all of this on June 1st. That way I can start at the beginning and not in the middle. I know it sounds funny but that is the way that my mind works.


I figured if I posted this it would also be another way to hold myself accountable for what I want to accomplish.
