Walmart.com SUCKS

I know weird title but I have had a bad experience with Walmart.com
Mike and I ordered something for his mom at walmart.com on November the 27th. We were told that we would be recieving it between December 3 and December 8. Well here it is the 17th of December. Guess what we havent recieved it yet.
I utulized the tracking tool that they supply. Well it doesnt tell you much but fortunately for me they were smart enough to partner with ups and the usps, between those two I was able to find out that my order has sat in Hazelwood, MO for the last TEN days before it was even processed.
I had sent many an emails trying to track my order down. One reply gave me many options to follow and if none of those worked them to reply to the email. Well none of them answered my question so I replied. I got an IMMEDIATE reply thanking me for my email and that someone would get back to me within 48 hours. Well 48 hours later I still had not recieved an email back so I replied back asking where my order was. I was not hostile or anything just very upset. Not even 5 minutes after sending that one I got an email saying that no one had even read the email and that someone would get back to me as soon as possible. This was on Sunday it was not until Tuesday that I heard anything back. I was offered the options of a replacement or a refund. I waited until tonight to decide what i was going to do. It was tonight that I found out about my order sitting in Missouri for the last 10 days without being processed that I decided what I was going to do.

This is a reply to Brook who replied to my email regarding my order of CSI the complete second season. I want to thank her for giving me the option of a replacement or a refund.I am very unhappy with the way the order was handled. I was told that it would be delivered Between December 3 and December 8th. It is now the 16th of December and I have yet to see the Item that I have ordered. I have been tracking it like the website says and according to the full details of the track at the USPS.com my item has sat in Hazelwood MO for the past 10 days before it was even processed. It arrived there on the 5th of December and was processed on the 16th of December.I am choosing the option of having a refund. I do not have the time to wait almost another month to recieve something that was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law.THere is no reason that it should have taken this long to recieve when I ordered the item on the 27th of November.I just want to express my EXTREME dissatisfaction with the way my order was handled. I will continue to utilize the one hour photo service since I can pick those up in my local store but I will never order something to be delivered in my home again.. It was to much of an inconvience and I will also be advising family and friends to not order anything to be delivered to their home also.

I just want to encourage anyone that has had a bad experience with walmart.com orders please share and pass this on. I do like using their one hour photo service but I will not order anything else online from them. And I do highly discourage anyone else from ordering also.
